These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fariz website and its content (the "Service"). By using Fariz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Fariz is

Fariz is an independent service that collects and organizes promotional offers, discounts and benefits that Saudi banks and merchants make publicly available for their payment cards. We present this information in one place for your convenience. Fariz is free to use, does not process payments, and does not issue, sell or manage any financial product.

The content on Fariz is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not financial, banking, legal, or purchasing advice, and it is not an offer or recommendation by Fariz. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on information found here.

3. Offer accuracy and verification

Offers shown on Fariz originate from banks and merchants. They may change, be suspended, expire, sell out, or contain errors at any time, and they are usually subject to the issuing bank's or merchant's own terms, eligibility rules and conditions.

While we work hard to keep listings accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that any offer is current, complete, error-free, or available to you. Always verify an offer directly with the relevant bank or merchant before relying on it. Where Fariz's information differs from the official terms published by the bank or merchant, the official terms prevail.

4. No affiliation; trademarks

Fariz is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any bank, card network, or merchant. All bank, merchant, product names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only.

The Service contains links to third-party websites and services (such as bank and merchant pages). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, offers, availability, privacy practices, or any transaction you enter into with them. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
